Working Principle

①This technology uses the principle of molecular polar adsorption to remove all the degraded products in the oil, and then add a composite additive to regenerate the waste wind power gear oil, and the main performance indicators of the regenerated oil can be restored to the new oil level.

②The results of the simultaneous aging test of recycled oil and new oil in the laboratory proved that recycled oil and new oil can have almost the same service life, and the technology can also be used for multiple and repeated recycling of used gear oil. Extend the service life of gear oil several times.

Fully automatic operation

The device can be loaded on a trailer and moved flexibly between the wind turbines in the wind farm. While changing the oil and cleaning the wind turbine gearbox on site, it can automatically regenerate the changed oil until it returns to the new oil level.
